SAGE Investment Real Estate Advisors has grown its brokerage division with the hiring of Katie Migner as an associate salesperson. Migner steps into the role with a focus on supporting the firm's investment sales and leasing efforts, working alongside senior brokers to manage client relationships and property transactions.
Her background includes work in commercial real estate support and market analysis, where she developed skills in property valuation, deal coordination, and client communication. Migner said she was drawn to SAGE because of the firm's reputation for hands-on advisory work and its emphasis on long-term client partnerships rather than one-off deals.
The addition comes as SAGE continues to build out its team to handle a steady pipeline of retail and office investment opportunities across the region. Company leadership noted that Migner's attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple moving parts will be an asset as the firm takes on more complex assignments.
Migner will be based in the firm's main office and will report directly to the managing director. She is expected to take part in upcoming property tours, financial modeling, and buyer outreach as part of her initial responsibilities. SAGE has not announced any further staffing changes at this time.
